Click & Collect is a service offered by Mint Concept which allows you to shop and pay for your order, and collect it at your convenience directly from our warehouse.

HOW DO I USE CLICK & COLLECT?

It’s easy! All it takes is a few quick steps:

1. Shop for your products online.

2. Browse your favorite products add them to your basket.

2. Place your order and Checkout.

3. On the Checkout page, specify CLICK & COLLECT on the ORDER notes section.

(Review your order, make your payment and proceed to the confirmation page. You will be issued with an E- payment receipt after transaction is successful.)

4. Collect your order.

We’ll send you an email and SMS when your order is ready for collection.

Upon collection, please present your e-payment receipt along with a form of identification.

You may collect your items 24/7 at our Factory address below:

As some items can be rather large, be sure to arrange appropriate transportation beforehand. Orders will be held for pickup for 60 days. If an order is not picked up within 60 days the items will no longer be available and a new order must be made. Please note, pick up orders will not be posted.
