Refund and Exchange policy

Returns and Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us at Mint Concept, we will be happy to exchange the item or reimburse you the full cost of the item minus the shipping and finance costs. Please do drop us an email request within 30 working days of receiving your order.
Refund or return request should include the following:

• Photo of the item

• Copy of order receipt

• Reason for return and exchange

Please note that the items should be packed in the original retail packaging (sealed/closed box) and is not damaged or tampered in any condition.

Returning Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order for any damage or defects as soon as it is delivered. If you find a defect, please let us know within 7 working days of receipt and provide photos as evidence of the problem. We may request that you return the item to us for inspection. Based on our evaluation we will determine whether a refund or replacement is appropriate.

To return your damaged or incorrect item(s), kindly ship them back in their original box(es) with sufficient packing material to ensure a safe and undamaged return to our warehouse. We are unable to refund or replace items damaged in transit back to us. We recommend insuring the item(s) so that you can be reimbursed by your carrier in the unlikely event that it is damaged in transit.

Buyers are responsible to pay for the return shipping and finance costs incurred and we will not be able to reimburse these costs.
